Part of the Kelso’s Choice Conflict Management Enhanced Core Kit, this Double-Sided Laminated poster features one side with the Kelso’s Choice Wheel for Grades K-3, illustrating Kelso’s nine problem-solving solutions students can use when faced with a “small” problem. Once they’ve learned to identify a problem as “small” they can feel empowered to solve it on their own, as opposed to a “BIG” problem that should be reported to an adult.
The 2nd side is the K.C.’s Wheel poster for Grades 4-5 and shows four verbal problem-solving solutions and four nonverbal problem-solving solutions to use during “minor” problems. The poster directs students to tell an adult they trust if they ever encounter a “SERIOUS” problem.
These posters serve as great visual representations and reminders to keep children motivated and aware of ways to solve problems and reduce tattling.
