Cerebellum Corporation grants the licensed user a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Digital Library content solely for professional use within the user’s school. No other use is permitted without the prior written authorization of Cerebellum Corporation.
This license is issued to a single user, may not be shared with others, and may not be used outside of the school environment.
If the license is purchased under a school or district account, authorized school or district officials may, upon written request, reassign the digital user license to another eligible user within the same school or district.
All content within the Digital Library, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Cerebellum Corporation and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.
