This 11″x 17″ Laminated Full-Color Single Poster is a chart that illustrates the 6 Universal Basic Emotions we all have – Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Surprise and Disgust. The Core Feelings column lists the associated feelings with these emotions. The other columns show examples of what that feeling can look like in different sizes.
The last column suggests a feeling that can be used to De-Escalate certain feelings. For example, if a student is feeling Disappointed in themselves for not doing well on a test, they can choose to de-escalate this feeling by being Determined to do better next time – by studying more, etc.
