Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, public libraries and government agencies. You may fax or email the purchase to us. To place an order online using purchase order, please select “Purchase Order” as payment method and enter your PO#.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our website accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
For purchase orders, we accept check payment and credit card. If wish to pay with credit card, please fill out the credit card authorization form (click here) and send it to us via fax to 805-426-8136 or email to customerservice@cerebellum.com.

How do I request a Quote?
You may send us an email with the list of product(s) and quantity you wish to order. You can also add the product(s) to Wishlist and send it to customerservice@cerebellum.com
Please include the billing, shipping and contact information. We will prepare a price quote and email it to you.
If your district is part of a cooperative program and have an active contract with us, please include the contract number on the request.
Is your company an approved vendor for purchasing cooperative programs?

Vendor Form and/or W-9
If you have a vendor form to be filled out or need copy of W-9 from us, please email the form to customerservice@cerebellum.com. We will fill out the information and send it back to you.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. For purchase order, please indicate the coupon code on the PO and we will apply the discount when we process the order.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales Tax will be added at checkout for California, Washington and Louisiana.
How do I make change(s) to the order I just placed?
If you need to make change(s) to the order you just placed, please email customerservice@cerebellum.com. Please include detail information of the change(s) you need to make in the request, example address, quantity, product etc.
We will accept change request within 2 business days from the date order was placed.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
Please email customerservice@cerebellum.com to request copy of invoice. Please include your name, email address used for order (if different) and order number.

Kelso’s Choice is a well-respected program used in school districts across the U.S. and Canada, as well as internationally, for the last 25 years.

How much is my shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping charge is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add item(s) to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. You will be able to view your shipping charge before completing the order.
Shipping charge is based on our standard shipping method (USPS or UPS Ground). Transit time may be varied depending on shipping carrier and may be delayed due to weather condition and/or holiday seasons. Average transit time is estimated at 5-14 business days.

What is your Return Policy?
For the curriculum kits, we offer a No Risk Guarantee for 60 days. If you don’t like it, simply fill out the Return Material Authorization form in the box and send it back to our warehouse. Please note, all items included in the kit must be returned and un-damaged for full refund.
All other products can be return/exchanged within 30-Days. Please note, all apparel and banner products must be returned in un-worn/un-used condition for full refund.
If product(s) is damaged upon receipt, please email customerservice@cerebellum.com, and we will arrange a replacement for you. Please include the following in your request:
- Order number and your contact information
- Photo(s) of the damage product(s) and packaging (if any)
- Damaged quantity (if more than 1)

How do I access digital content?
Immediate Access After Your Purchase:
Online Purchase Completion:
- Once you’ve completed your purchase, we initiate the process to grant you access to the download page.
- Purchases made via Purchase Order typically require 1 business day for processing. We appreciate your patience during this period as we prepare your digital content for access. If you find that you need immediate access to your digital content and cannot wait for the standard processing time, Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Email Assignment:
- Access to the materials is linked directly to the email address you used during the order process.
Accessing Your Content Online:
– Visit www.kelsoschoice.com and navigate to “My Account” to log in.
– Select the “Memberships” tab on the left. Your ordered product(s) will be listed on the right. Click the “View” button adjacent to the product.
– Click on the “Content” tab, then “View” on the right to access your materials.
I need to submit purchase order for this purchase, what information do you need?
Using Purchase Orders for digital products, please include the following:
Include User Information:
- When submitting a purchase order, ensure the intended user’s name and email are clearly mentioned either directly on the PO or in a separate email to customerservice@cerebellum.com.
Mention the Order Number:
- Don’t forget to include the Purchase Order number for reference. If this number isn’t known, the school or district’s name will suffice.
Seamless Access Assignment:
- After processing the purchase order, we’ll assign access to the materials to the provided email address, ensuring easy and prompt downloading.
I purchased the digital product on behalf of a counselor, how can I transfer access to them?
Re-Assigning Access Made Easy:
Reach Out via Email:
- Send a message to customerservice@cerebellum.com to initiate the access re-assignment process.
Provide Essential Details:
- Mention the new user’s name and email address.
- Include your online order number or Purchase Order number. If uncertain, provide the name of the school or district associated with the order.
Await Confirmation:
- We’ll confirm the access re-assignment and guide the new user on how to access the materials.
My school/district purchased the license and it was assigned to a user who is no longer on site. How do I request to have the license re-assigned?
Please send the request to customerservice@cerebellum.com if you need to re-assign the digital license from one user to another. Please include the following information:
- Name of the School District or individual School name. If original purchase was part of the bulk-licenses order by the district, please provide original purchase order number
- Name and Email address of the user(s) that the license is currently assigned to (if any)
- Name and Email address of the user(s) that the license need to be re-assign to
We will send an email to the new user(s) with their login credential once the re-assignment is complete.
I have trouble accessing the digital content
Please contact customerservice@cerebellum.com if you are having trouble with the account.
Note: You cannot access the digital content across multiple devices at a single time. You must log-out of the account after each use.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Our website only accepts order in US and Canada. If your country is not listed, please contact customer service.
What is the shipping time and shipping charge for International orders?
Shipping time and Shipping Charge varies depending on the destination country. Please contact customerservice@cerebellum.com for quote. Please include the list of product title(s), quantity and Ship-To address (include country name and postal code)
What is the Return Policy for International Orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept return for International orders. For damaged or defective product(s), please contact customerservice@cerebellum.com. Please include picture(s) of the packing include shipping box and damaged product(s).
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master, and American Express. We also accept payment via EFT and PayPal.
Purchase Orders are not acceptable for countries outside of United States and Canada.
Kelso Product Information
Which kit is right for me?
Great question! If you’re a new user, the answer to that is most likely to be the Kelso’s Choice Conflict Management Kit. This is our foundational curriculum, which counselors and educators tell us works wonders in helping greatly reduce tattling and discipline referrals in kids K-5.
How does it do this? Simple! It teaches kids the difference between a big problem that requires adult help (things that feel dangerous, for example) and small problems kids can fix themselves. Then it teaches 9 easy-to-remember choices to help solve small problems, empowering kids to become problem-solving machines!
It’s no wonder that this curriculum has been used by schools and counselors for over 25 years.
